MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Purchase any of the quality products on this website and if for any reason you decide that the part does not suit your application or just isn't for you, simply return it to us, postage paid, within 30 days and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or refund, whichever YOU prefer. Items must be returned in SALEABLE condition with all original factory packaging, accessories, and manuals/literature included. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to all returns.

RETURNS

Report defective products by emailing DEFECTIVE@THRILLERAUDIO.COM. For all other returns, email RETURNS@THRILLERAUDIO.COM within 30 days of invoice date for a return authorization. Include carton, instructions, manuals, parts, accessories, and warranty cards. Package carefully to avoid damage in transit. Ship via UPS Ground in US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Special order items, product with signs of use, items damaged en route to us due to improper packing, and items damaged as a result of improper use are not returnable. Please include your name, address, product number, and product description for all returns or defective products.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES

Claims for damages or errors must be made within 5 days of receipt. Claims for damage must first be reported to the delivering carrier (save all packing and cartons).

All products in the catalog, unless otherwise warranted in their description, are warranted only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for ninety (90) days from date of shipment. No purchase order or verbal advice shall alter this.

There are no other warranties, either express or implied, which extend the foregoing, and there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damage due to defective, or improper use of, products.

REMEDY

We will at our election, and subject to availability, either replace, repair, or exchange any product we have sold with a defect in materials or workmanship, or issue a refund or credit for the purchase price plus applicable tax, providing you return such product to us, properly packaged and shipping prepaid, with a copy of your invoice and an explanation of the defect. The foregoing shall be the exclusive remedy for defective or nonconforming merchandise.
